A regular PDF merger creates one document while keeping every source page separate. This tool creates a document whose page count is exactly one and places the selected pages from top to bottom inside that single page.
The converter embeds page artwork instead of rendering each page into a bitmap. Ordinary text therefore remains selectable and searchable, while paths, diagrams, and other vector artwork remain sharp at high zoom. Existing page-level links, comments, form widgets, bookmarks, and digital signatures are not preserved as interactive features.
Some PDF readers have conservative limits for physical page dimensions. When the stacked result would exceed that limit, KissPDF scales the complete composition uniformly so nothing is cropped and the document still contains one physical page. Browser memory and source complexity remain the practical limits for very large jobs.
