PDF to JPG offers two different operations: render every PDF page as a JPG image, or locate embedded raster images and export them. Page rendering captures the complete visible page; image extraction returns image objects without surrounding text or vector artwork.

Choose page conversion when you need a picture of each complete page. Choose embedded-image extraction when you need photographs or graphics stored inside the PDF. A page can contain no extractable images even though it has visible text and vectors.
