Before you process a PDF
Are PDF files uploaded?
No document-processing upload is used. The selected PDF bytes are handled by code running in your browser.
Are the original files changed?
No. KissPDF creates a new download. Your source file remains where it was.
Will every PDF feature be preserved?
Not always. Signatures, forms, bookmarks, scripts, attachments, and unusual structures can change when a new PDF is written.
What limits the file size?
Browser memory, page complexity, device performance, and the selected operation determine what can be processed reliably.
